This elastic-sided dress/casual boot takes a week to make with 68 hand-held processes. Handcrafted one-piece leather uppers have just one smooth seam at the back (count the number of seams on any other boot!). Single-piece leather construction eliminates raised edges that chafe and rub and provides for constant colour, grain and texture. It takes longer. It costs more. But your feet will not mind a bit.

Peoples’ feet are all different and boots generally need some consideration on how to customize them oneself, namely sock choice and insoles. It was easier with these boots than any other I’ve ever owned, and that’s lots. Again, great boots."

"Great product and prompt delivery. I can add that the gardener boot holds up to the winter conditions in Ontario. I have the craftsman and that product is definitely not suitable for the winter. The gardener, so far, has shown to have good grip, and the tougher leather has not absorbed any water or salt in daily city use in Ottawa."
