In order to encourage consumers to shop early, the Australian Boot Company Exchange / Return policy limit now stretches until February 1, 2022 for exchanges or refunds on any order placed October 1, 2021 or later. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.

We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis.

Changes to your Order

We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. The holiday season is no exception. Please note, however, that try as we will, the large volume of orders placed during the season means we cannot guarantee changes.
