Australian Boot Company Extended Holiday Exchange / Return Policy:
In order to encourage consumers to shop early, the Australian Boot Company Exchange / Return policy limit now stretches until February 1, 2021 for exchanges or refunds on any order placed October 1, 2020 or later. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.
We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis.
Changes to your Order
We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. The holiday season is no exception. Please note, however, that try as we will, the large volume of orders placed during the season means we cannot guarantee changes.
All carriers and delivery companies are experiencing high volumes and this is expected to increase further as we get closer to December, 2020.
While we will process your order quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24th. Weather and loss and/or damage by the carrier are beyond our control. We encourage you to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
