Australian Boot Company offers Free Shipping on all purchases within Canada, and we partner with Canada Post for these deliveries. Need your order shipped priority? No problem, we offer an expedited shipping option and costs are calculated at checkout. 
For items that we have in-stock, we aim to ship your order out the next business day, please do allow for slightly longer shipping times during the holiday season.

Live in Toronto or Vancouver? We offer ‘Local Pickup’ at our retail locations for items that they have in stock. Order online 24/7 and select the 'Local Pickup' option in the shopping cart. We aim to have your order ready for pick up the next business day.

Changes to your Order

We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. If you must edit or cancel your order please check your order confirmation email, where there is an option to do either. Here’s how to use this FREE Local Pick Up Service

  1. Select “Store/Local Pickup” as your shipping method, and we will ship your order to your selected Australian Boot Company store.
  2. When your order is confirmed you will receive an email from us indicating when your item will be ready for pickup.
  3. Please follow pick up instructions when you arrive at your confirmed location.
