Need to return your boots?


No problem! You can return your boots for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered.

Buying footwear online can sometimes be a tricky process. Our aim at Australian Boot Company is to make it as easy and painless as possible, so if your boots don’t fit properly when they arrive, no worries! Here are your options:

1) Return in store 

If you are in the Vancouver or Toronto area, feel free to stop by one of our Retail Stores and we would be happy to help you with your Return or Exchange. Find our Retail locations here.

2) Return Online 

To start a refund or an exchange please use the Returns Portal. 

We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return at a cost of $10. This is deducted off your refund during the process.

Not sure if your boots fit properly?

Please reach out to us first if you are unsure of how your boots should fit. Depending on the brand and style you ordered, we may be able to assist you in the proper fitting and expectations of fit before you send back a pair of boots that may be right for you.

You can also schedule a Virtual Fitting to answer questions about fit and style.

 

EXCHANGES

If your merchandise doesn’t fit to your satisfaction, you may send back your new, unworn product to our Online Customer Service Team and we will ship you a different size. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on footwear worn outside, or on socks that have been washed, worn or had the tags removed. Please try your item on in your home until you are satisfied that it is the correct size. If you are not sure if you have the correct size, please contact us.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for boots returned to Australian Boot Company. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ONLY accept packages shipped prepaid by Canada Post or other courier. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your return at a cost of $10, this will be deducted off your refund during processing. If you have requested an exchange, a new invoice will be sent to your email to complete. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original form of payment. Please note that exchange items will not be sent out without the new invoice being completed so please ensure you are checking your junk/spam folders.

Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. parcels.
