Getting to our 1968 W. 4th Ave., shop from Olympic Village Skytrain Station (Canada Line)
Board the #84 bus directly outside the station heading westbound on West 6th Ave hop-off at Burrard St. Start walking one block west and cross at Cypress St. Continue walking down W. 4th Ave and we are located half way up the block before Maple St.
Parking at or close to our Kitsilano Shop:
There is street parking (pay meters) all down West 4th Ave., and we are happy to reimburse you and pay for any parking costs while shopping at our store. There is a parking lot owned by WestPark located just northbound of the intersection of West 4th Ave and Cypress St. Take a right turn into the alley and your first right into the parking lot. Vancouver Parking Authority Parking Meter Street level parking.

At Australian Boot Co. we pride ourselves on world class service. If you can't find what you're looking for please don't hesitate to get in touch with us
This service is now a drop-off service with a 24 to 72-hour turnaround to allow adequate time for us to take care of your boots. Please limit boots to 3 pairs per customer at a time. We encourage you to call the store before you drop by to double-check they have capacity and to avoid disappointment.
1. Select “pick up” as the shipping method during the check out process - choose your preferred Australian Boot Company location and proceed to complete your check out.
2. You will receive an email from us when your order is confirmed. You will receive another email from us once your order is ready for pick up.
3. Please follow pick up instructions when you arrive at your confirmed location.
No problem! You can return your boots for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered. Please do not remove any tags and be sure to bring all packing materials back with your return.
