Great boots - incredible service!
"I found this online online and fell in love with him, but could not find them in my size anywhere. The Vancouver location in Kits contacted the Toronto store and the manager was able to coordinate letting me buy these and when I called the Toronto store the next day they had them set aside as they were the only pair left in Canada in that size, and the sales person agreed that she would walk them to the post office to ship them to me. I love these boots. They’re the most comfortable boots I’ve ever wore. I am really impressed with the service as well. Being a size 14 it’s really difficult to find my size and let alone in something comfortable. I will now be a lifelong customer with this company and this brand."
