"I purchased the boots online and was able to pick them up in-store the next day. When I arrived at the store in Gastown I was greeted by a friendly staff member who retrieved my boots quickly, and opened up the box to ensure everything was there and that the boots were in perfect condition. He also gave me a rundown about the insoles. I was thoroughly impressed!! The boots are the same quality as the adult boots and will be passed down for years to come!"
