Q&A

One question... many answers; leather or rubber soles?
Hello, This is completely personal preference! Feedback suggests that the leather soles are a little more flexible, while the rubber soles might offer a bit more support but some people find them too rigid and prefer the softer leather sole feel. The rubber soles offer more grip on slippery surfaces which some find to be beneficial as well. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions or concerns please email us directly at web@australianboot.com Thank you
Hello! I want to buy Glerups boots for woman with leather sole, but I am not too sure about the size that I should buy (I do not want to have to return for an exchange). I usually wear 7 which would be 37 in European, but my shoes in European are 38 and my winter boots are 39. I would then buy 38. What do you think? Thanks!
Hello Josee, Thank you for your inquiry. Glerups Canada classifies a size 38 as approximately as size 7.5-8 Women's. If you are between a 38 or 39 typically, a 38 should be okay in size. However, when trying your Glerups on, be sure that your toes are pressing too much against the end as this could result in a hole being worked into the product. If your toes are touching, a larger size might be needed. Thank you!
