"Same trusted Blundstone sizing, comfort and feel, in a dress boot styling. Comes unpolished, looks like standard Blundstone leather finish. They do take a shiny polish like a dress boot should have, but it takes quite a bit of time, polish and elbow grease to do so."

"Ankle boots have been a staple of my wardrobe for over 30 years. I currently own 10 pairs, including three by BLUNDSTONE. I purchased this one after buying the brown version a month earlier. What sets these apart from other BLUNDSTONEs is the refined dress styling and lack of clunkitude. What sets them apart from other brands, is the softer rubber sole, which kicks ass over wood and leather. Finally, a boot that is comfortable and I don’t have to overthink the weather before pulling them out of the closet. Another thing to note, is that if you own other blundstones, these ones fit a little smaller. I normally wear a US 9/9½ and these AUS 8’s fit perfectly. Versus my other Blundtones are an AUS 7.5 and also fit great."

"The Blundstone 1901 Dress Ankle boots (exclusive to Australian Boot Co.) are my new faves for a dressier look. I even sometimes wear them with a suit. I also have the 1900 Dress Ankle Chestnut Brown version. I’d love to have additional colorways, say, hunter green, grey, and dark blue. If you make ‘em, i’ll buy ‘em. Shout-out to Korey and team for excellent service!"

"I love the boots. Only rated at 4 out of 5 stars as the front lip of boots is not soft so rubbed a blister on front of both of my legs above my ankles. Hopefully the leather will soften & stretch out with more use."

- I have two round toed blundstones in AUS 5 1/2. Do I go AUS 5 or 6 for 1901's because they don't come in half size. Please advise. Thanks!
- Hello, It depends a bit on the shape of your foot. If you have wide feet and/or a high arch I would recommend the size 6. If you have narrow feet then perhaps go down to the 5. Unfortunately we have had very mixed reviews of the sizing on these! The different toe shape creates a different fit which very much depends on each person's individual feet. - Hello, No we will not be getting the 1901 in a size 4.5 AUS. The smallest size that will be available this fall will be a size 5 AUS which is equivalent to a women's US size 8. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you
