Need to return your boots?

No problem! You can return your boots for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered. Please do not remove any tags and be sure to send all packing materials back with your return.

 

How do I return? 

Please open an Amazon return to have your boots approved for return. Once they have been approved for return you will be sent a return label. Please pack your boots back into the original shipping box and apply the shipping label.

When will my return be processed? 

Once your boots have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed for the value of the product(s) purchased onto your original method of payment.
